Welcome to Maestro Detailing. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including bookings, payments, and communications. By accessing our website, submitting a booking, or using any of our services, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Maestro Detailers Ltd.
“Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to the person booking and/or receiving any services provided by the Company.
“Services” refers to all detailing, cleaning, ceramic coating, and other automotive services offered by the Company.
“Booking” means a confirmed appointment for our services, either made via phone, website, email, or social media.
2. Booking and Deposit Policy
All bookings require a £50 deposit at the time of scheduling.
The deposit secures your appointment slot and is deductible from the total service cost.
Deposits are refundable only if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.
Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit at the Company’s discretion.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, mechanical failure, etc.). In such cases, your deposit may be transferred to a new date or refunded in full.
3. Liability Waiver and Customer Agreement
By making a booking, you automatically agree to our Liability Waiver, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. This includes the following acknowledgements:
The Customer accepts that all services are carried out with the highest level of care, professionalism, and use of appropriate industry-standard products.
The Company shall not be held liable for any damage, deterioration, or defect that:
Was already present on the vehicle prior to the service.
Results from existing wear and tear, paint failure, or previous repair work.
Occurs due to the condition of the vehicle or materials outside of our control.
The Customer agrees to inform us of any known issues (e.g. resprays, rust, sensitive materials, etc.) prior to service.
The Company is not responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
While every effort is made to ensure the safety and protection of your vehicle, the Company shall not be held liable for minor cosmetic damage or surface issues that may arise during necessary cleaning or decontamination, unless due to proven negligence.
The Company will not be held responsible for any items left in the vehicle during service.
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this liability waiver in full.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate booking details including vehicle type, condition, location, and service requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring there is:
A safe and legal space for our team to perform the service.
Access to a water supply and electrical socket if required (unless specified otherwise).
Vehicles must be emptied of all personal belongings prior to service. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
Excessive dirt, pet hair, mould, or biohazards may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed prior to commencement where possible.
5. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are listed on our website and/or communicated directly to you.
All prices are inclusive of standard mobile service travel radius. Additional travel charges may apply for out-of-area bookings.
The balance of payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment via card, bank transfer, or cash.
6. Service Limitations
While we aim to restore and enhance the vehicle’s appearance to the highest professional standard, some stains, scratches, defects or damage may be permanent or unremovable.
Paint correction and ceramic coatings are only effective to the degree permitted by the underlying paint condition.
The Company makes no guarantee of perfection and cannot be held responsible for unrealistic expectations. We advise customers to discuss concerns or expectations before service begins.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
