
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Service Agreement.
1.1. Maestro Detailers Ltd provides mobile vehicle detailing services at the location specified by the client.
1.2. The client must ensure that there is adequate space, access to water, and electricity (if required) at the service location.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions at the location are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
2. Booking & Payment.
2.1. All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
2.2. For services exceeding £100, a non-refundable deposit of 20% may be required at the time of booking.
2.3. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
2.4. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and electronic payments via Square.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling.
3.1. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid charges.
3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee, while same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service price.
3.3. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a fee may apply.
4. Vehicle Condition & Liability.
4.1. We will conduct a pre-service inspection and document any existing damage.
4.2. Maestro Detailers Ltd is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including clear coat failure, rust, or loose parts.
4.3. Clients must remove all personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
4.4. We will take reasonable care in handling your vehicle but are not liable for any issues resulting from manufacturer defects, aftermarket modifications, or previous improper repairs.
5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances.
5.1. In case of severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
5.2. If we are unable to complete a service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
6. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee.
6.1. We strive for customer satisfaction and offer a 24-hour window for clients to report any concerns regarding their service.
6.2. If a service is deemed unsatisfactory, we will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
7. Use of Products & Chemicals.
7.1. We use professional-grade detailing products that are safe for vehicles.
7.2. Clients with allergies or sensitivities to certain chemicals must inform us prior to service.
8. Privacy Policy.
8.1. Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
8.2. We may use images of detailed vehicles for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

9. Governing Law.
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
